This position is a temporary, part time role to assist as needed through the end of 2022. The Director of Finance will be responsible for the oversight of all accounting processes at the hotel. This person will also supervise other hotel accounting staff.

Qualifications
Experience working in hotel finance, specifically dealing with HOAs and individually owned units
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, and financial accounting system use (Oracle Preferred)
Five to seven years accounting experience preferred
