Pre Sales Solution Consultant (HR, ERP and Finance) Job at Embridge Consulting – in Home Based

We are a rapidly expanding Digital Transformation Consultancy & Systems Integrator (SI) primarily working with Unit4 products across global organisations, but now looking to expand our product & services portfolio working with other technology vendors.

As Solution Consultant with expertise and knowledge of Finance or HR software solutions, you will use your skills, abilities, and competence to sell our world-class service offerings.

The post holder will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record of supporting sales campaigns and bids, and demonstrable ability to ensure our responses to client procurement needs achieve the required level of consistent excellence. The post holder will have a passion for producing exemplary work, with drive to contribute to the achievement of the company’s desired win rates and taking business to the next level.

The role of Solution Consultant (Finance or HR) requires a person who is very hands-on, and willingness to fully engage their attention and efforts on the growth of sales, using their expertise and knowledge to provide ideas to attract new clients, monitor and remain updated on marketplace trends and competitor activities.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of Unit4 or leading class ERP software solutions.

Main tasks of job:

1. Your role as Solution Consultant is to understand our clients’ business challenges and to accurately show how Embridge Consulting and Unit4 solutions can solve these challenges.

2. To attain the best possible solution, you will spend time researching and discovering the client’s challenges and goals.

3. You will understand the client, and challenge them, being their voice in the sales process.

4. You will play a key part in the following: Business Cases, Discovery, Demos, RFPs / ITTs, Demo Prep, Demo Environments, etc

5. You’ll work closely with Professional Services to assist with handovers, and work in partnership with our partner ecosystem.

6. You’ll deliver public and client webinars and onsite demonstrations, providing regular feedback to Professional Services and Product Development to help improve our solutions and how we deploy our solutions.

7. You will fulfil and inspire our clients to help build and deliver their desired end goals.

8. You will be an expert in Unit4 solutions, you will understand and sell the value of Unit4 solutions and be able to demonstrate over a variety of mediums what differentiates Unit4 from other suppliers in the marketplace.

9. Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required by the BDD. o Experience working with an ERP Solution, ideally in a SaaS environment

  • Strong understanding and experience of working with Finance modules within ERP, or best of breed, is essential
  • Product knowledge of Unit4 solutions, particularly Unit4 ERP, would be a bonus
  • You are a trusted advisor who will naturally lead our clients and colleagues; you adapt, plan, and mobilise people

  • In depth knowledge of Finance Or Hr systems – Unit4 preferred
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, fluidly, and coherently, with the ability to convey accurate and sometimes highly technical information to a variety of audiences in an understandable, digestible, and relatable way.
  • Exceptionally articulate, with strong writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple critical priorities.
  • Very strong work ethic with positive attitude and focus on achieving successful outcomes
  • Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
