The Raytheon Missile Defense Operations, Supply Chain, Quality (OSQ) organization has an immediate opening for a financial analyst within its Supply Chain finance organization. This position also allows for remote work Nationwide.
The team supports the Supply Chain organization in its material forecasting, overhead management, staffing analysis, and financial reviews. The organization is a dynamic environment that affords its team members the opportunity to see the business from a top-down perspective while balancing the demands of accurate & integrated forecasting and managing risks and opportunities as they pertain to material financial metrics. In addition, staffing analysis encompassing charging, historical metrics, and forecasting are an additional opportunity.
Candidates will have the opportunity to work with many levels of management and various functional organizations. The individual will be challenged to help develop and implement streamlined and consistent and reliable processes, procedures, and reporting in a changing environment. This will include training team members and key stakeholders.
The position requires that the candidate be self-motivated with a desire for data analysis and an ability to adeptly navigate APEX/PRISM (SAP), Business Warehouse (BW) or Analysis for Office (AO) and Excel. A proactive behavior to excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities To Anticipate
Monthly analysis, research and reporting to the Supply Chain Vice President and Directors on ad hoc requests
Support consolidation and streamlining of reporting
Supporting the development and maintenance of assigned program material forecasts and reviewing for reasonableness
Support the analysis of the material spend outlook and related risk and opportunities and identify actionable items
Actively facilitate meetings driving alignment, closure on actions, and understanding of issues
Supporting other team members in technical and analytical financial growth
Identify, support and implement process improvements
Provide cost reduction ideas and project support
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for additional years of experience as follows: Master’s is equal to 2 years of experience, or a Ph.D. is equal to 4 years of experience.
5 Years of professional experience in a related finance role
Excellent computer skills experience, which include a high level of proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Macros, etc.).
Qualifications We Value
Experience with SAP (APEX, PRISM, Rplan, and Analysis for Office reporting or similar)
Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop and readily apply solutions and process improvements
