Procurement Coordinator – Mudgee Job at Mid-Western Regional Council – in Mudgee NSW
As the Mid-Western Region continues to grow and prosper at a steady rate, Council currently employs over 400 people and now has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Procurement Coordinator to assist the Manager Procurement and Fleet in the delivery of Council’s centre led procurement activities, including enacting Council’s annual procurement plans and ensuring all legislative and probity requirements are met.
This position would suit a candidate with a can-do attitude who is self-motivated with great communication skills (both verbal and written), has an eye for detail and is well organised.
To be successful in this role you will hold a Diploma in Procurement and Contracting, Warehouse Operations or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement, contracting or a similar role.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks, whilst building a rapport with a diverse range of people, then this may be your perfect role!
We off a salary range of $3108-$3498 gross per fortnight (dependent on skills, qualifications and experience) plus superannuation, a 19 day month and long service leave after 5 years.
