It is in this context that we are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Analyst to join our Distributions team.
Reporting to the Product Owner – Business Initiatives, you will primarily be responsible for the Product & Process Analysis and supporting the implementation of Design & Distribution Obligations (DDO) across the full IOOF product suite.
Product analysis, co-ordination and implementation activities to support the successful implementation of DDO across IOOF.
Provide support to the product managers across investments, superannuation, IDPS, insurance and platform connect as they work on DDO
Support the development of recommendations and solutions for DDO that ensure we create a scalable, efficient and adaptable operating environment while upholding the highest reputation and compliance standards
Impactful interactions with key stakeholders across the Group
Effective engagement with external product issuers and distributors
To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:
Extensive experience in the financial Services industry
Knowledge in pension, super, and investment domains are highly desirable
Proven experience in Process, Product or Business Analysis
Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Well organised, thorough and detail orientated
Team player, goal orientated, able to work independently and under pressure
In-depth knowledge of industry trends
Strong decision making and problem-solving abilities
Highly collaborative and willing to contribute to the team
