The E*TRADE Participant Services Regional Lead is accountable for the achievement of business objectives, metrics, and priorities for the East or West Region.
A Regional Lead of E*TRADE Participant Services leads the work of both Managers and Teams in the Participant Services Line of Business. This position is responsible for building, developing, and motivating managers & teams to achieve targeted service level & business development goals that are established to support the company and business objectives. Oversight and monitoring of direct reports to ensure teams are accomplishing the mission of deepening engagement with our Stock Plans Participants and that all company and regulatory policies are within compliance is essential. As a Regional Lead of Participant Services your primary focus is to build & develop your direct reports and teams to exceed business objectives while protecting the firm.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Along with playing a key leadership role, general responsibilities include the following:
Understanding of the planning and budgetary processes for the department
Management of a large team, while implementing sound HR practices and policies, as well as good judgment in personnel decisions
Coaching and developing department employees to improve performance and deliver the highest possible service standards to our clients.
Leading and supporting functional and region-wide initiatives
Establish and maintain positive, professional working relationships with team managers and senior management
Operational oversight: Audit/Compliance, Legal and Regulatory Preparedness
Project Management: Governance, Accountability, Financial Discipline
Qualifications – External
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education and experience.
At least 3 years of equity compensation plan experience or related industry experience
Licenses and Registrations
Series 7 and 66 licenses required along with Series 9/10 (or equivalent) or the ability to obtain within 90 days
Ability to become registered in all US states and jurisdictions
Knowledge of SEC, FINRA and firm Compliance Policies and Procedures
Call center metrics and operating formulas, coupled with a proven record of establishing and adhering to rigorous call center metrics and standards
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines, and see a project through to completion
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and excel in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
