Risk Management Coordinator
Qualified candidates will be involved with but not limited to the following responsibilities:
Coordinate incoming Certificates of Insurance
Upload job specific and master Certificates into PENTA
Manage expiring certificates
Notifications to expiring certificate holders
COI reconciliation for sub-subcontractor payment
Coordinate outgoing Certificates for all Hill teams and companies
Work through Schedule D’s on project by project basis
Assist Business Unit Coordinators with COI’s
Coordinate and work with the Willis Certificate Center.
Facilitate the Hill Lessons Learned Process
Scheduling and follow-up for Lessons Learned meetings
Report generation and distribution
Route DocuSign Contracts
Maintain contract mailboxes
Route contracts internally for review and signature
Assist with implementation of Enterprise Risk Management processes and procedures as developed by Risk Management
Assist with Subcontractor Prequalification logs and Prequalification processes
PENTA – Addition of qualified subcontractors and the removal of inactive subcontractors.
Help with collection of data
Risk clearing houses

Maintain Corporate logs and PE Portal updates
Files and calendars
Bond log
Auto incident log
Certificate logs
Master Agreements
NDA logs
Help to develop and implement compliance based processes and procedures
Document preparation
Assist with the development of presentation materials
Put together training materials
Facilitate intercompany communication and messaging from RM
Complete enrollment process for OCIP & CCIP enrollments for all Hill teams and companies
Monitor open OCIP/CCIP claims post project to ensure closure
Assist with OCIP/CCIP project close out and audits
Help with claim management and legal matters
Coordinate vehicle repairs for vehicles involved in accidents
Gather documents for Discovery or Interrogatories.
Assist with document retention and destruction
Document Storage management
Assist with the annual collection/submission of all Construction Foreman daily logs
Projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
Experience in a construction, legal or business environment
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but is not required if candidate has the appropriate experience
Required Computer & Software Skills
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred
Must be able to operate basic office equipment
