Red Ember is currently recruiting for a Sage 300 People Payroll Administrator.

The successful candidates will have experience in the following but not limited to:

Sage 300 People system

Advance Excel Vlookup and Pivot tables

Payroll Management: Salaries and Benefits

General Ledger

Wages – weekly and bi-weekly

Job Costing & importing

People Payroll Reconciliation

People Report Customization



Payroll Input:
Add newly appointed employees and terminate employees

Preparing and collecting input data, to assist with Take-on, understands the system, and can work unassisted

Earnings/ deduction input (Normal hours, overtime, loans, garnishee etc)

Link methods for pension or medical aid deduction on new employees/ changes

Modify employee fixed information

Process increases/ bonuses

Leave processing

Working with the leave module, equity and skills

Print standard reports on Sage 300 People

Mid-year and Year-end Tax Submissions

Experience with parallel pay-runs, from Sage Premier to Sage 300 People

Payroll and finance-related courses/certificates
