Salesforce Administrator – Data Analytics We are currently seeking an experienced and challenged individual to be our next Data Salesforce Administrator to join our team in our Durango, CO 81301 location. We are committed to ensuring that our technology is never the limiting factor in offering our hedged equity products across multiple asset classes, multiple platforms, and advisors as we grow firm assets north of $20B over the next several years. About the Role: The Salesforce Administrator role is heavily data driven with a focus on quantifying sales team performance and market intelligence. A thorough understanding of data analysis is essential for developing enhancements and quantifying performance. The individual should excel at identifying patterns in large data sets and recommending improved processes based on observations. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce and other technology solutions with the ability to communicate best practices and identify opportunities for enhancement. A focus of the role is collaborating with multiple departments to develop solutions for retaining existing assets. The individual will also assist digital marketing efforts to drive traffic, curate web content, increase conversions, and build Swan’s digital presence. A portion of the role includes Investment Data Collection and Analysis (30-35% of time). The underlying goal is to develop the role in a way that increases our firm’s reach and recognition as an industry innovator. What you’ll do: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management. Data Analysis: * Initially work to validate existing data in Salesforce and identify areas for improvement * Use Salesforce, Seismic, Import.io, HubSpot, and other software solutions to quantitatively evaluate sales team and digital marketing performance. * Identify and recommend sales focus areas based on historical data trends and real-time feedback. * Research target markets and use software to tools to gather data and develop warm lead lists. * Create, maintain sales funnel reports, dashboards and other visual representations. * Python and other data analysis skills are a plus. Sales Enhancement: Work directly with the sales team to use Salesforce (30 users of Sales Cloud) more effectively and develop apps to enhance the sales process and shorten conversion times. In addition to increasing assets, identify solutions to retain existing assets. Create scoring and other business intelligence using data contained inside our Salesforce.com instance. * Implement Salesforce apps and solutions as needed to improve efficiency. * Train internal sales team on Salesforce solutions and best practices. * Develop in house trainings for the sales team on Salesforce and other technology solutions * Facilitate objective decision making by providing custom reporting and analytics to the Sales team. * Implement technology solutions to increase efficiency in the sales process. * Work with the external developer to build Salesforce apps to meet company needs. * Validate and ensure accuracy and completeness of sales team data (in Salesforce). * Stay abreast of developing technology and implement solutions when appropriate. * Review the efficacy of the sales approach and technology usage. Our Perfect Candidate Education and Experience: * Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Math or equivalent accredited training with at least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience * Should have knowledge in Financial markets, options and other derivatives * Languages: Python required, others software’s are SQL, Salesforce Workflows, REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript are desirable * Databases: Salesforce.com * Sales training, sales funnels and processes are desirable Required Abilities and Skills: * Enthusiastic belief and strong understanding of Swan’s Defined Risk Strategy * Passionate about finding opportunities for performance improvement in large data sets * Able to simplify complex ideas and communicate the findings to others * Excellent at project management and maintaining communication with numerous departments in different geographic locations * Desire to remain abreast of rapidly changing technology and best practices * Desire to learn new technology solutions and skills on an ongoing basis * Create tangible and measurable sales performance improvement Company Offers: * Competitive salary will commensurate with experience and education * Comprehensive benefits package available: (healthcare, vision, dental and life insurances; 401k plan; paid vacation, sick days and holidays) To Apply: Please submit your cover letter, and resume via the ‘Apply Now’ button!
