How you’ll make a difference

The Senior Business Analyst is a senior advisory role, working with the Business Analytics Team (BAT) to build robust, efficient and well-designed data capture and reporting models (quantitative and qualitative) that reflect the operating needs of business leaders.

The role provides analytical support to the business with a focus on board reporting, annual budgets, monthly and ad hoc reports. The Senior Business Analyst contributes to effective financial and operational decision making by developing and maintaining informative and timely reporting models. The role is instrumental in interpreting and communicating business trends and results and supporting forecasting, planning and budgeting processes. Within the BAT, the role acts as a coach and mentor to build internal capability.

About you

5-7 years’ experience in business analytics or financial analyst’s role.

Tertiary qualification relevant to the role (Degree in Business/Commerce or IT/Services)

Relevant knowledge of Advanced Excel, power BI/Tableau or other BI Tools.

Knowledge of data extraction/manipulation principles

Financial Modelling Skills (Cash flow/NPV/IRR)

Good communication skills and an understanding of business processes/workflows

Member of a relevant professional body(CPA, CA or CIMA) desirable

Knowledge of Disability Services

National Police Clearance no older than 6 months

NDIS Workers Orientation Module

NDIS Worker Screening check

Proof of COVID 19 Vaccination
