ICX Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) for a large well-known company in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, the Senior Financial Analyst will be a key part of the Finance Team responsible for forecasting, budgeting & analysis. This role will work closely with leadership and key partners to ensure financial targets are being met. Day to day you will develop and deliver standardized reporting that promotes overall business effectiveness and efficiency, including provide actionable analyses and recommendations driven by detailed analytics. Success in this role requires collaboration and communication along with the ability to navigate monthly close activities.

Responsibilities
Develop reporting packages and updates based on data analysis and trends
Analyze financial data and develop financial models and forecasts
Review and analyze financial statements and reports and perform variance analysis
Assist with budgeting and monthly close process
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts, and research drivers of P&L
Understand key business drivers to develop and track KPIs
Review accounting transactions for data accuracy
Support accounting team as needed with audit, special projects, and the development and implementation of key controls
Effectively communicate recommended actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses
· Collaborate with business partners and Finance team to complete ad hoc requests
Requirements
· 2+ years of Financial Analysis or related work experience
· Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance
· Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize work
