LHH is conducting a search for a Senior Financial Analyst to fill an open role with a large retailer in Tukwila, WA. This individual will be joining a dynamic team and will play an active role in monthly reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities:
Generate financial reports and projections, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement
Analyze monthly financials and provide recommendations for improvements to management
Participate in developing annual budget, with ongoing analysis of actuals vs. budget
Develop financial models to support decision making related to profitability
Coordinate with accounting team to obtain financial information needed to perform analysis
Perform ad hoc analyses for management
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of financial analysis experience
Ecommerce industry experience
Advanced Excel skills
Preferred:
CPA, MBA, or CFA preferred
Experience working with Marketing, Merchandising, Pricing, and/or Shipping
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with SQL, BI tools, and finance ERP software
Ability to analyze data to identify trends and solutions
Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial statements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Employment Type:Full-time, Perm
Location:Tukwilla (Hybrid; 2 days in office, 3 days work from home)
Compensation & Other Perks:
Base salary: $110,000-$125,000 + 10% bonus
