Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

Multifaceted role in supporting Financial Planning & Analysis for North America Applications (NAA) Consulting. Role will include P&L budgeting/forecasting, advanced scenario modeling, and various ad-hoc analytical projects.

Partner with business, operations and other finance leaders to help them forecast, analyze, and interpret their P&L including revenue and expenses while using financial and operational metrics to provide data-driven insight and analytics. You’ll perform monthly financial and operational reporting for short and long-term forecasting, review strategic business investments, and analyze our regional performance. We’ll need you to be able to understand complex financial problems and provide explanations and solutions that are sound and clearly communicated.

Identify and track appropriate performance measures, key performance indicators and associated drivers. Proactively partner with finance teams across NAA Consulting, with a focus on the Public Sector, to understand forecast variance drivers, identify risks/opportunities, and provide strategic insights. Create financial models to support business decisions and drive expected profitability. Key contributor to the (annual) budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Work with various business partners in creating and reviewing annual financial targets.

Prepare weekly forecast script, weekly leadership finance scorecard, and forecast/budget reporting. Help develop a consistent training and documentation approach for the team while finding areas for continued automation and design. Proactively communicate areas of concern and recommend actions required to meet financial commitments.

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the company.

Your Profile

Master’s Degree in Business, Accounting and/or Finance preferred.

8+ years of relevant experience, prior FP&A experience required.

Ability to excel in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment.

Demonstrate strong executive presence and communication skills.

Ability to work with peers and counterparts in a global / multi location setup.

Expertise in Office Tools – MS Excel, Power Point Skills.

Terrific standout colleague and ability to take ownership of tasks/projects.

Proven forecasting, financial modeling and scenario modeling experience.
