LHH Recruitment Solutions (formerly Parker + Lynch) is searching for a Senior Financial Analyst, with a minimum of 5-years of experience, for a financially stable and employee-focused organization in the Greater St. Louis Area. This Senior Financial Analyst role requires a Finance professional with an understanding of Accounting concepts. This individual will work closely with the CFO and present certain results to executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Perform trend analysis, ad hoc reporting, and budgeting/forecasting.
• Prepare presentation decks.
• Execute data mining and validation.
• Work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5-years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, highly preferred.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Skills:
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLookups, XLookups, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Experience with Hyperion HFM, highly preferred.
• Ability and desire to learn new software applications as necessary.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Executive presence.
