Types of projects you will work on:
• Translate financial health and provide insightful KPIs to share with decision makers and form a holistic picture of an organization’s fiscal health
• Work to integrate disparate datasets involving financial, utilization and clinical data for analytics and submission to vendors
• Performing a variety of what-if and scenario analyses to prepare for any change in internal or market conditions
• Manage reporting communications analysis and insights to leadership and decision makers
Skills required
• Healthcare corporate finance experience including financial modeling and performance trending
• Must have strong working knowledge and experience in finance and/or cost accounting
• Experience with healthcare financial systems (Lawson, Kauffman Hall etc.) preferred
• Experience with analytical tools and BI systems (SQL, SAS, Tableau, Business Objects, PowerBI etc.) in healthcare setting preferred
• Demonstrated skills to support a team through standard processes or projects
• Excellent written and oral communications is a MUST
• Bachelors or higher in a data and analytics affiliate field such as Business Statistics and Analysis, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or related
• Three or more years of experience in data compilation, reporting and analytics utilizing data and analytics tools
