As part of Market Operations, Business & Change Enablement is responsible for managing non-production services. Systems & Process Review functions have a continuing focus on the tools & platforms deployed across the business and is responsible for improvements, changes and engagement for ongoing maintenance. It also acts as a point of reference in high-priority system issues & resolutions.
This role has the responsibility to support a systemic approach to occurrence investigation and analysis as part of establishing a Just Culture. You will lead the Occurence Investigation process for the Group, conduct trend analyses and promote the growth of a Just Culture.
On any given week you will be
Leading and conducting both minor and full investigations on banking and finance middle office risk occurrences, adopting a systemic focus and promoting just culture principles.
Processing Threat and Error Management (TEM) reports (contributory factors coding, data entry and follow-up).
Extracting data for statistical trend analysis.
Producing risk and trend analysis reports for management.
Supporting Managers in occurrence assessment and action management (development, tracking and closure) and maintaining records in a risk database.
Fostering and promoting Human Factors, TEM, Just Culture, Systems Thinking and Human Performance principles.
Your path looks like
Safety investigation experience from at least one high-reliability or safety-critical industry (aviation, transportation, process etc.) [Essential].
Well-developed statistical and trend analysis skills [Essential].
Well-developed interpersonal, interviewing and data collection skills [Essential].
Qualifications in safety, human factors and / or data analysis [Desirable].
Potential to work outside of standard business hours and at different operational locations.
