Due to an increase in demand, we are looking for multiple Senior Tech BA’s with Data experience for Permanent roles with the Bank. Strong core BA skills is the main requirement, Fin Services experience and Data experience would be highly valued.
You are influential and able to engage effectively with complex groups of stakeholders on high level Technology Programs in the Data space
We are using Data Platforms to better manage our customer Data and have this role in an exciting new program

Do work that matters
In this role you will take ownership of the Analysis of complex business requirements within a Software/Data Engineering Function. This Business Unit has been set up to assist the Bank achieve a strategic goal of improving Data Accuracy, Compliance and Delivery timeliness.
This Business Analyst role requires someone to have a strong understanding of Technology and Data but is not a coding role in itself.
The role involves:
Effective Requirement Gathering, Elicitation and Documentation
Acting as the Conduit between Business and IT Stakeholders in relation to Data Requirements
Ensure technology solutions are aligned with the Groups enterprise architecture
Complete and oversee project work stream deliverables including quality control/sign off for area of accountability
Provide ongoing assistance to support teams for functionality released into production
Provide support and participate in testing activities including unit testing, BA testing and system testing ensuring adequate project coverage
Work closely with stakeholders and change management to identify impacts to business processes as a result of system or application changes
Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary
Evaluate effectiveness of solution delivery (SDLC) tools, processes and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Analyse and document business/functional processes and requirements using standard analysis methodologies and tools
Converts business needs into functional designs using knowledge of system capabilities, rules, and architecture.
Liaise and collaborate with external suppliers as required
Writing SQL, Querying using SQL
Analysis of Data Sets
Active contribution to UAT and QA on the program

We’re interested in hearing from people who
Are strong Business Analysts with experience in Technology Projects, ideally Data
Have technical skills in SQL, Data Analysis and Tableau would be an advantage
ETL Skills would be very useful in this role
Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Have a positive attitude and aptitude to pick up new tasks
Have experience within Financial Services, specifically Financial Risk and Data
