Description

Duties/

Responsibilities:

Preparation of lender and investor reporting presentations
Preparation of the annual budget and strategic plan for one or more Business units
Perform monthly reporting for one or more business units
Provide analytical insight to the business unit VP
Own the SG&A & MFG OH spend process and analysis
Preform general ad hoc analysis of financial data for trends and variances and present findings during monthly finance meetings
Develop complex financial models for consolidated reporting and ad hoc analysis, and support strategic initiatives
Perform various high level analytical analyses over fluctuations in accounts and document results
Assist in the implementation of special projects
Partner with Lead Financial Analyst to ensure consistency in reporting
Collaborate with the Director, FP&A on strategic team goals
Assist in the development and implementation of goals
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills,

Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical

Requirements:

BS/BA in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
Minimum 7 years financial analysis, reporting and planning experience in a global organization
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Query and Power BI is required
Demonstrated experience in gathering reporting requirements generating reports and dashboards
Demonstrated ability to build complex models
Experience using financial ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, Oracle, etc.
