Systems Integration Analyst Job at GenesisCare – in Sydney NSW
We are hiring a Systems Integration Analyst, who will be responsible for providing support and guidance for system solutions, working closely with the individuals responsible from local and global areas of the business.
This role will be pivotal in ensuring that the business requirements are met, building up a thorough understanding of the way our data needs to integrate throughout the systems and help the business make informed decisions.
What you’ll do
Gather and understand the business requirements for a process or system as well as integration requirements.
Work with the organisation to identify operational improvements, either through business process improvements or systems changes.
Articulate complex Business Processes to a wider audience from senior executives to end users.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of a variety of solutions with experience in creating generic data sources and enhancing business content data sources as needed
Identify improvements in integration methodology and seek out automated solutions.
Design data models, data store objects, and information stores to sustain current and future needs
Who you are
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience as a Systems analyst
More than 3 years of hands-on configuration/support experience
Understanding of key functional process across Finance/P&C or Quality Systems
In-depth knowledge and experience of data mapping and how systems need to talk to each other
Previous experience implemented projects with substantial business process changes.
Experienced change management skills, specifically around changing business process across multiple international locations.
Proven ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and assist in the development of appropriate solutions
Experience in healthcare organisations is preferred
