About the Role
Like you we are passionate about developing our E-Commerce sales business. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, professional and who has a passion for E-commerce. You will support our E-Commerce Key Account Manager to implement the Essity E-commerce strategy within our top Omnichannel/ “Bricks & Clicks” customers. You will achieve this through your natural ability to align strategic priorities and build solid relationships. You will analyse key data and use this to help identify opportunities. Our well-known household products such as Cushelle, Velvet, Plenty, Bodyform and TENA, as well as numerous private label products are our focus. What You Will Do
Co-ordinate and lead the monthly online sales review process ensuring continual online focus within our omnichannel retailers
Manage weekly and monthly reporting trackers in order to share key insights with relevant account teams
Support the E-commerce shopper marketing team in activating key online initiatives
Act as E-commerce champion to generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities and distribute to internal stakeholders.
Develop knowledge and understanding of the grocery e-retail landscape in order to support key accounts with customer online meetings
Who You Are
A recent graduate who is looking to take your first step towards a career in sales or E-commerce. No experience is required but what is paramount is that you have demonstrable passion for E-commerce, a proactive can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and a resilient mindset. This is a fast changing environment and we want you to help us build for the future, and at the same time we will encourage your continued learning and development. Key to being successful in this role will be your ability to both build long standing relationships with multiple stakeholders through networking and engaging audiences, and analyse the data to make decisions and capitalise on opportunities effectively. You will be fully focused on understanding the shopper and delivering to our consumers. You should be IT savvy with basic to proficient skills in both Excel and Powerpoint as well as being a creative thinker. Financial understanding within the E-commerce world would also be an advantage.
