Vice President & General Manager, FinTech Job at INMAR in Winston-Salem, NC
This position is responsible for Inmar’s holistic financial settlement platform in both direct and indirect areas. This encompasses strategic development, staff management, expense maintenance, product development, commercialization, and monetization. Additionally, the General Manager has responsibility for the financial management of the operation and is accountable for top and bottom line growth. Obtains profit contribution by managing staff; establishing and accomplishing business objectives.
Key Success Factors:
Lead cross functional teams to rapidly build and commercialize new FinTech solutions
Partner with clients to aggressively gain wide spread adoption of new Fintech solutions
Make bold strategic decisions that drive improvements and proactively address market needs
Communicate effectively strategy, performance, and forecasts up and down through the organization
Develop successors and leaders throughout the organization
Drive development and innovation to new FinTech solutions effectively collaborating with sales, product, engineering, legal and finance.
Direct and coordinate all operations activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives
Confer with the division president and other key personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions.
Provide leadership and information to Client Services and operations to ensure client satisfaction
Lead the product development and marketing efforts to define value propositions, refresh contract approach, and pivot resources when necessary.
Provide management and training of supervisory and manager subordinates
Maintain key working relationships with internal management and subordinates
Maintain key working relationships with external stakeholders including retailers, manufacturers, and healthcare companies.
Review financial statements and analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine division progress toward stated goals and objectives; making mid-course corrections as needed.
Achieve financial goals relative to budgeting and expense maintenance and reduction
Provide information and/or solutions to assist in the long-term financial longevity of the business.
Review and approve preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures.
Provide accurate and usable cost quote information to client services for use in client related matters.
Be the Executive Sponsor for key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis for related portfolio.
Review operations and plan to meet requirements for sales planning and to ascertain processing requirements to develop new markets for existing products.
Review and support operations, finance, marketing and sales when fundamental or new technology is implemented for new or existing products/solutions or improvement to provide cost reduction, safety, customer requirements and market growth.
Responsible for Safety, Quality and Culture
Bachelor of Science, MBA Preferred
Minimum five years in a senior leadership role, coupled with a background in finance and accounting operations or industry related positions.
Must have extensive supervisory and management experience.
Financial experience in preparing budgets.
Proficient in G-Suite
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Consumer packaged goods and Retail industry knowledge
Synergized workflows- Knowledge and experience with synergized workflows and productivity measurement.
Law- General understanding of business laws and practices as well as contract development and decision-making.
