The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.
We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). For Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth we are looking for a VIE – Data Protection Management (d/f/m).
Start: 1st of September 2021
Duration: 24 months
You will work within the Data Protection Office of Airbus Helicopters and support the Airbus Helicopters Data Protection Representative in Airbus Helicopters Germany. You will report to the Airbus Helicopters Deutschland Head of Social Policies and Industrial Relationships Community Germany, as well as to the Airbus Helicopters Head of data Protection.
You will be in charge of promoting, supporting and supervising the application of the GDPR and privacy applicable laws and rules to ensure company and group compliance. Your mission will aim to support (among others), from a legal and technical point of view, the launch of new tools and processes, or new applications containing personal data, in order to guarantee their compliance with the laws.
In this context, your main activities will be notably as follows:
realization of the mapping of the processing of existing personal information
preparation of responses to people who will assert their rights under data protection regulations
assistance in advising business functions of the company in the course of the business to ensure compliance
support the deployment of the Data Protection Program worldwide within the scope of Airbus Helicopters division
university degree in business administration, information and communication technology, law or a comparable field of study
good knowledge of data protection (European and German law based) and information technology
first practical experience within data protection would be benefitial
ability to work in a team, intercultural competence and personality with integrity
independent, structured and careful way of working and a general willingness to travel
confident appearance and good communication skills in English and German
